Looking for something one of a kind? Start-to-finish custom builds are our passion. Working side by side with you, we make sure that every inch of your dream boat meets your specifications during our preliminary, in-depth design process with owner/founder, Travis Hickman.
We use 3-D CAD modeling extensively in our process, making the realization of your dream boat intuitive and precise.
After the design is finalized, the framework is cut on our Techno CNC router, ensuring levels of accuracy up to one thousandth of an inch, far more accurate than can be achieved in lofting and cutting the frames by hand.
Next, construction begins. We use modern cold-molding techniques and marine adhesives to insure the highest quality fit and finish, and only the finest hand selected lumber, including premium French-manufactured Sapele plywood and genuine Mahogany.
Like every other aspect of your project, all metalwork and fabrication is done in-house. We have a full machine shop in which strut, rudder, and any custom pieces of rigging are laser cut and TIG welded. We also build custom trailers!
